Even though I ended up not purchasing a mobile home from them, I have to leave this review in regards to Edward Tourville. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER been treated with such patience and kindness by a business. I started looking about 3 years ago and Ed would email me periodically to ask if I needed anything and send me information on new models. He also spent a good deal of time explaining the process and pricing etc on our initial call. If I ever am in the market for a mobile home you can be sure I would contact them again.

Bob Beltz is truly the professional to see if you’re thinking or going to purchase a Manufactured Home. He worked so hard to find us the right home even when another manufactured home dealer tried upping the price $20k after we already signed a contract. Bob Beltz showed our family several homes and was very patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about his homes and all the upgrades. I worked with Nate Hilton on designing my dream home. He and Factory Expo went above and beyond to ensure I had the best pricing and customer experience. We did plenty of research online and visited many lots to view model homes. We were approached by many salesmen and had several conversations but we returned to Ed Tourville at Factory Expo. Although we are not first time home buyers, this is our very first manufactured home. Imagine the thousands of questions we had. Ed Tourville, the housing consultant that helped me when I visited was just great. I had never considered a manufactured home before and so I had just a ton of questions. He was very patient and not a "pushy" salesman at all. KATHY IS EXTREMELY, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE MANUFACTURED HOME BUSINESS.SHE TOOK MANY HOURS TO HELP US WITH MAKING VERY IMPORTANT DECISIONS IN ORDERING OUR MANY OPTIONS , FOR THE HOME INCLUDING KITCHEN CABINETS, FLOORING, CEILING FANS, COLORS, AND ALL THE MANY OPTIONS THAT ARE TOO LONG TO LIST.KATHY WAS THEIR WITH US ALL THE WAY, EVERY STEP. I’m a new investor in the Tucson area and Bob Beltz was the first manufactured home consultant I spoke with. He was very straight forward from the beginning, educated me about the industry and gave me great advise that is now paying off with my investments. I tried working with a number of dealers for manufactured homes before coming across Ed Tourville. I had almost given up because it was clear the others really didn't care if they got my order or not. Ed was by far the most responsive and up front about answering my questions and getting pricing information I requested. And I asked plenty! While I ended up putting my order on hold at the very last minute due to issues with setback requirements, I would not hesitate to order from Ed or recommend him to any other person who is considering a manufactured home. His customer service ethic is second to none.

I am so grateful that I was able to find Factory Expo Homes online and, then, to learn so much about their quality products, exceptional customer service and focused follow-up from Kevin Ingraham, Housing Consultant! He has been patient through a lengthy process in our effort to provide quality housing along with comfort and hospice care for the terminally ill homeless in our area, including many veterans.. We expect to eventually have 10+ single width manufactured homes to serve 30+ residents. Our deepest thanks to Kevin!
