Highly recommend to anyone considering purchase of a new mobile home to visit this location in Tucson. They have many homes to view on their lots. We were able to walk through the actual model we’re interested in and were impressed with the quality, available options, and especially the price. Nate Hilton kindly assisted us for over two hours with potential options and co-ordinating colors. He patiently answered our many questions and was well-informed about the entire process of ordering and scheduling a contractor to work with you from permitting through delivery. I have recently purchased a manufactured home from Factory Expo. The Clayton Tempo Dixie. *also known as Brown Eyed Girl* My sales agent is Marcus Woods. I did my due diligence and shopped every manufactured home dealer in Tucson, including the actual Clayton Homes dealership. I can say, without much competition, Factory Expo beat out every single one on price. Between them and Clayton it was obviously apples to apples because we bought a Clayton home and it was still miles cheaper. But that is not why I'm writing a review. I am a person that shops wisely. Not just for price but also for service and honesty and knowledge. After speaking with sales people at every dealership, even if they were more expensive, I would have still gone with Factory Expo. Marcus has been incredible every step of the way, filling in seamlessly in roles that he absolutely did not have to fill. The permit process in Pinal County has not been fun for myself or my contractors, but Marcus has picked up any pieces we have dropped and worked hard to make everything go smoothly when I'm sure he had such better things to do. I am eternally grateful to him for his knowledge, help, and time.

I recently worked with Bob Beltz at Factory Expo Outlet Centers on the purchase of a home for our ranch hand and his family. I had been in contact with several different companies, but Bob was by far the best and easiest to work with. I explained that due to the area where it was going, I would need upgraded insulation. He provided me with several options quickly. After selecting a home and signing the paperwork, I discovered an overlooked problem with the floorpan and reached out to Bob in a panic because the house wasn't going to work for us. Within hours he provided me with the floorpan to another home that could be modified to solve the problem. Not only did he provide a solution, we also ended up purchasing a much better home that we are very happy with. Bob is extremely kind, patient, and very responsive and I highly recommend that you request to work with him if you are looking to purchase a manufactured home! If you are in the market for a brand new home, this is the place to go. The salesman greeted us, asked our names and what we were interested in seeing. Who doesn't want the salesperson to treat you that way. Our salesman, Marcus Wood took us around to show us only the models he believed we would be interested in seeing based on our prior conversation. The homes they have to show are beautiful inside and different room setups. The kitchen islands are such a great feature. Some models have bathtubs and bathtub and a separate shower. I love that a couple homes had a porch. We drove from Orange County, CA. So worth the drive. I highly recommend Factory Expo in Tucson AZ. Pack up the car, road trip and see these beautiful new homes. 5 stars.

Even though I ended up not purchasing a mobile home from them, I have to leave this review in regards to Edward Tourville. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER been treated with such patience and kindness by a business. If you're looking at any other manufactured home dealer, I would stop right now and choose this one. They can finish a house very quickly and there are so many upgrade and customization options to make your new home exactly what you want it to be. I would say this is the best experience I have had as a consumer in general. No one has ever taken the time and care like Nate has at Factory Expo. I will personally be recommending this business as the only one to go to for my friends and family who are looking to do something similar.

The selection of home models from Factory Expo is impressive.Whether you are looking for a single or double wide there is a good range of sizes and styles. We did plenty of research online and visited many lots to view model homes. We were approached by many salesmen and had several conversations but we returned to Ed Tourville at Factory Expo. Although we are not first time home buyers, this is our very first manufactured home. Imagine the thousands of questions we had. Ed was very patient and courteous to answer all my calls and reply to all my emails. He walked us through important steps. The entire process took 1 year. Our new home is the 2nd on the property and can accommodate a few more and we will not look elsewhere. Rather we will return to Factory Expo and contact Ed Tourville.
